To review the institutional development of the Country Fora within the context of CIKM; to train on the use of the AFAAS website and how it can be rolled out and used in the CF of the project countries; to train on the use of the virtual social networking platform it can be rolled out and used in the CF of the project countries; to validate the CIKM needs assessment tools and developing a CIKM needs assessment workplan; to develop criteria, tools and a workplan for identification of innovative AAS approaches
