Mr. Ibrahim holds BSC in Agriculture from Assiut University, Egypt, International course in participatory M&E learning for impact from I.A.C Institute Netherland and an international course in planning and managing rural development projects form Almamoun institute Syria, and a certificate in knowledge management from WBI and GDNET, and a short course certificate in social media from UNITAR and CTA. He has over 15 years' experience in Development, ProgramPlanning and Implementation and has worked extensively in Civil Society Organizations. Mr. Ibrahim has experience in supporting Governments to Rapid Results Methodology to address the implementation Challenge resulting in improved effectiveness in the use of resources, strengthening service delivery and building capacity at all leadership levels.
Mr. Ibrahim is Rapid Results short term consultant for the World Bank Institute he sported teams at leadership level with Sierra Leone government during the period from 10th June to 29th of June 2012 and also a short term consultant for the World Bank Institute he sported teams at leadership level with EGYPT government Ministry of Local and Administrative Development during the period from 20 April - 1st may 2014 and from 1st June - 11 June 2014. Before that he worked for Community Development Fund project, a Multi-donors government projectfor 4 years as a Locality Implementation Unit manager and collaborated with partners WFP, UNICEF, Global Fund (Malaria control Project). Having been trained by the Rapid Results Institute (USA).He coached and facilitated state and localities Government leaders and implementing teams under the Ministries of state and localities Government, Education, Health and Water.
Mr. Ibrahim worked as a development and planning officer for 4 years with IFAD project (North Kordofan Rural Development Project) and 2 years as an M&E officer with the same project.
